All New Victory Education Partners must complete an application. 2007-08 Renewing Education Partners may submit applications beginning June 12, 2008. Applications for new schools or organizations interested in applying for an Education Partnership will be accepted beginning July 21, 2008.

The New Victory Education Partnership Program fosters ongoing and collaborative relationships between the education community and The New Victory Theater. Through a dynamic combination of programs, students and educators alike are encouraged to interact with the performing arts both in the theater and in their own classrooms.
The New Victory is proud to support the City's Blueprints for Teaching and Learning in the Arts: Theater, Dance and Music. Attending live performances in theater, music, and dance is an integral component of fulfilling the aims of the Blueprint.
The New Vic's Education Programs harness the artistic quality and thematic diversity of its performance season as a catalyst to:
CULTIVATE partnerships for creative education
PROMOTE active engagement with live performance
CHALLENGE young people to watch and reflect critically
SPARK imagination, creativity and dialogue
CONNECT personal experience to universal themes
UTILIZE performing arts language, processes and disciplines
ENRICH performing arts literacy through ensemble-based activity

Annual Education Partnership Fee:
$100 annual registration fee for schools booking morning and after-school performances
$50 annual registration fee for schools or organizations booking after-school performances only
Education Partners have access to:
$2 Student Tickets to Education Performances (Free for chaperones, 10:1 ratio)
Interactive Post-Performance Talk-Backs with the performers and/or members of the production team following every education show
Free New Vic in the Classroom Workshops
Free New Vic SCHOOL TOOL resource guides for teachers
Other Benefits of Partnership include:

Discounts and priority booking for Summer Teacher Institutes
30% discount to all public performances
New Vic Partner Schools Designate:
One School Liaison: Responsible for Enrollment and Annual Partnership Fee
Contact Teachers: Responsible for requesting tickets, booking workshops, and handling payments (up to 10 per school/organization)*
*PLEASE NOTE: The School Liaison may opt to request tickets, book workshops, and make ticket payments in addition to liaison duties.
